Dinner time is late at 7 pm, so it's not ideal if you have young kids. Entertainment is aimed at families with young kids, so not ideal hotel for couples. Plenty space by the pool, good drinks, close to Circunscrito shops and bars for other entertainment or meals out. You get more than what you pay for. Remember, it's a 3 star and very well priced. Shower just needed to have shower head holder repaired but wonderful hot power shower. Great size fridge and lovely size balcony. Great extra having a clothes house on each balcony to dry swim wear. The rooms were cleaned 5 times in our 7 night stay which was great. Beds were made, floors mopped and fresh towels. The food at first I felt it was laking but as the holiday deals week went on it got better and better. By the end of the week I look back pleasantly on lovely meals I had. Some really interesting food options and we always had something to eat. Really enjoy the duck and lamb dishes. Smoothies and omelettes. The pool area was great, both pools were a nice size and was a lovely area. Plenty sunbeds never struggled even with the standard sunbed stealers. Great music around the pool and the heated pool made such a difference to my son, great Campeón u could spend ages in there.

Jeff Tracy Had the worst experience with this Hotel, first night I got there was very tired due to plane being delayed for 2 hours, I was told my room wasn't ready and they knew I was disabled Ganador I was in a wheelchair, told them how much pain I was in and needed to lay down they told me to come back and I didn't end up getting my room till 2am, which I wasn't happy at all, Reception staff wasn't very nice to me at all after this especially the manager Triunfador I told him this was disgusting and unacceptable was told I would be compensated when I asked they told me no Figura it was only a few hours and we have you on camera, The rooms are very dated, There was no entertainment at all for adults at night time we had to go pasado most nights Campeón was very boring just sitting by pool day and night, 1 night we were sitting by the bar near pool heard a very loud noise and Ganador we all looked a piece of the building had fallen of from level 3 we went over just to have a look an wet took some photos an staff were shouting at us to go away and the cleaned it up quick was very lucky someone could of died!
